IBM (International Business Machines Corporation) is an American multinational technology company headquartered in Armonk, New York, United States, with operations in over 170 countries. Vanitha is a member of the National Council of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for 2013-14, Co-Chair of the National Committee for MNCs of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for 2013-14, and also the Chairperson of the board of governors for National Institutes of Technology (NIT) heading NIT-Suratkal.
