The interview started with an HR round. They recorded the video call while taking the interview. The interview was simple.

  • How much are you excited about the role?
  • What’s your aspiration?
  • How many people worked under me?
  • Which side would you prefer, the people side or the technical side?
  • How to define the complexity of the automation script?
  • How do you reduce the execution time from 3 to 1 day?
  • What is the framework? Is it a folder structure?
  • What is the ROI? What are the factors?
  • Can the same framework be used for different domains like finance and healthcare?
  • How do you estimate test automation?
  • How many scripts have you automated till now totally? In your entire career?
